Process Overview:
Submission Form: Complete the application form below to begin the process.
Payment: A fee of $40 is charged for the background check, which is conducted by a trusted third party and leader in screening Checkr.
Verification Link: After submitting the form and payment, you’ll receive a verification link to complete your screening via email and a Support Ticket will be created.
Background Screening: Click on the verification link to proceed with the background screening process. Once we receive your screening result we will respond to your application via the Support Ticket.
